Mage Reminders

Mage Reminders will let you know when you're low on runes and buffs
Will let you autobuy portal runes, teleportation runes and arcane powder
It will show a icon on screen if you are in a rested area and got below 5 runes/powder in your bag
If you visit a Reagent vendor it will automaticly buy 10 of each rune and powder

The Weak Aura will show a icon on sceren if you're missing Mage Armor and Arcane Intellect
When the cooldown of the buffs is below 2 min, it will show a reminder on screen aswell
