GENERAL BEHAVIORS (well hello there):
[*]When trinkets are not equipped they do not show up
[*]When out of combat and active, faded to 50% opacity
[*]When in combat and off cooldown, glows brightly (HIT THE BUTTON!)
[*]When in combat and active, shows an active border and duration remaining
[*]When in combat and on cooldown, aura is desaturated; also...
[*]When >30s, shows cooldown remaining at 25% opacity
[*]When <= 30s shows cooldown remaining at 100% opacity
[*]When using Big Brain Time To Die (see Killsplatter's Heads Up Display):
[*]Shows a power spark when ideal time to cast for execute phase synchronization
