Sapphiron Stoneshield Reminder

Reminds you to repop Greater Stoneshield if it wears off. If it wears off and potions are on CD, it will show a countdown until you can use it (as long as you have at least one in your bags.) Default load conditions: Only during Sapphiron, IF you are a warrior or druid, and IF you are marked as a main tank.
