Allows you to track WF uptime when dropping grace of air/tranquil air totem directly after Windfury totem. only loads during dungeon/raid, the only way to stop the sound is to drop a windfury totem.With Windfury down the refresh times of WF are:

so if you have 1:22 remaining on wf it will give the melee full duration (10s) but if its 1:23 remaining they'll only have 4 seconds left of wf.
