Mana consumables

Shows a consumable icon if your deficit mana is higher than the mana given by the consumable.
Supported consumables are:
- Mana pots (Major, Superior, Greater)
- Mage mana gems
- Dark/Demonic runes
- Warmth of Forgiveness
