Work in Progress. Shows current rogue/warrior party members who are missing Battle Shout. Purposefully made to be as irritating as possible, you will want to get rid of the glowy crap in front of your character by Battle Shouting relevant party members. The center icon is for yourself, the names around it are party members. Green names are within 15 yards and therefore in sbhout range, red names are not.
