Nameplate target name

Shows the name of the player targeted by each mob above the nameplate
works together with plater addon https://wago.io/sFnlCMFDq that changes the color of the nameplate

Warning because trigger 2 runs on every frame. This is intended because the position of nameplates must be updated every frame as you move the camera and mobs move.
