Tattletale - Announces if you are receiving friendly fire
Yells the following message when hit by friendly fire:"Friendly fire: hit with ( damage)."
Works on Lucifron when affected by Dominate Mind, Skeram with True Fulfilment, and Qiraji Mindslayers with Cause Insanity,
Currently only works when you are hit by damaging spells/abilities. It does not work with:
- DoT appplication and DoT ticks
- Hunter auto-shots
- Off-hand melee attacks
