Mindful Stormstrike
A Stormstrike icon that displays cooldown and stacks on target, but also indicates when Stormstrike can be used without pushing off relevant debuffs.Specifically, the icon turns red whenever there are 16 debuffs on your target, and none of those debuffs are Fireball, Deep Wound, or another Stormstrike.
Further explanation: Stormstrike itself falls off the target very quickly in any reasonable raid situation. Therefore, if you pay attention to not push anything important off when we cast it, it will not require a dedicated debuff slot in your raid planning. This WA turns red in situations where all debuff slots are occupied with non-trivial debuffs, one of which casting SS would terminate.
I use this as part of a larger arrangement of WAs, so it's a bit small and off-center, but that's easy enough to adjust to individual preference.
