Profession Cooldown Tracker

All credit goes to the author of the original Classic WA https://wago.io/oZGa80D07

All common profession CDs are supported.
Ready time is shown inside the progress bar.
Can disable individual cooldowns in custom options.

Wago's "every frame alert" can be ignored as far as I'm concerned since it will only process the full display every 1s (configurable)
