Eman's Raid Health Reworkthis weakaura is intended for Paladins with the Divine Sacrifice talent who want to track average raid health. a sound is triggered when a raid health percentage cutoff is met, defaulting to 65%. this cutoff can be changed in the Custom Options.
the code is largely stolen, so thanks to the original authors. the weakaura is throttled to only check raid health once per second.
