1. Download this Sound: https://bit.ly/TowellieeLaughSound
2. Create a "sounds" folder in the Interface folder.
3. Move to audio file to that newly created folder.
4. Close World of Warcraft and re-open again.

It should look like this: interface/sounds/tow.ogg
