!Heroic Lockout Announce (Guild/Party/Officer/Raid)

Responds to the triggered channel with your Completed or Available Heroics

There are some custom options to choose where to respond and if you want to respond with completed or available heroics - mostly a mish mash of already existing code in !keys addons.
